Vendor Registration


 

The Cleveland BBW Party Connection in association with Ohio BBWS are sponsoring The Ohio BBW Expo the weekend of July 13-15, 2007.

We are currently seeking vendors who would like to participate during the weekend in the vendor area, which will be available from 10 am until 6 pm on Saturday July 14, 2007 (you may also vend from your rooms as well).

In the past we have had vendors such as Barb’s Large and Lovely, Mary Kay Cosmetics, Avon, The Resale Shop and Pride Pageants to name a few.

Our requirements are as follows:

• Each vendor must purchase the full bash weekend package at $50.00/person. If there are 2 of you in your booth, At least 1 full package must be purchased and this includes the luncheon on Saturday afternoon any other person needs to pay the price for lunch which will be included.

• We are requesting an item donated from you to give as a door prize at the end of the dance.

Whatever profit you make is yours. We, the Expo Committee, have no say so on your prices on whatever you sell.
